Conduct a CV Search

Terms and Conditions for use of this Service

By using the CV search service, you agree to the following:  

1. You will provide the key criteria words to be used. The IoDSA will search CV summaries against criteria provided by you in the submission form only.
2. The IoDSA will match criteria and will forward a maximum of 10 CVs to you.
3. Should significantly more CV's meet your stated criteria, you will be contacted to further refine your search criteria.
4. The IoDSA takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of information provided by candidates, nor will the IoDSA conduct any form of screening of candidates
5. The IoDSA shall contact the candidate for consent to submit their full CV and contact information.  Thereafter you will correspond directly and IoDSA cannot be held liable for any contracts and/or arrangements agreed to thereafter.
6. Your company data will be collected and processed by the IoDSA for the purpose of offering this service.  The data collected may include, without limitation, you name/company name, billing information, address, telephone, email address and other data obtained from you from time to time
7. Payment for the service needs to be made before the CV search will be conducted.
8. The service will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days from date of payment. 
9. Upon receipt of the shortlisted candidates from the organisation, the IoDSA will then endeavour to contact the member for a full CV. Full CV's are provided at the discretion of the member only. Time frames will vary as the IoDSA is dependent on a response from the member.
