REINSTATE MY IODSA MEMBERSHIP

This application form is specifically intended for individuals whose IoDSA membership has previously lapsed and who now wish to reinstate their membership. (Unsure what profile you have - sign into your profile, click “My Profile” on the top menu bar and you will see your current member type, for example “Alumni – Past Member”). 

If you are a past member, please do not submit a new member application, as this will create a new or duplicate account and your membership history will not be preserved. Instead, use this reinstatement application—this ensures your membership records, history, and profile details remain linked to your original account.

When applying for reinstatement, you will be required to verify and update your personal and professional information to meet current eligibility criteria. Please note that a once-off reinstatement fee of R1 495 (incl. VAT) applies in addition to the standard annual membership fees.
