IoDSA members are eligible for the following two-member recognition statuses:

Status	Available to	Recognition Criteria	Evidence/proof
Fellow	Main and Professional Members ONLY	5 years uninterrupted membership 10 years Director experience Attended at least 2 events per year	CV outlining professional experience
Life	Available to all Individual Members	30 years uninterrupted membership	None. Internal review of 30 years uninterrupted membership

The Life member recognition status is awarded automatically by the IoDSA and does not require application, this recognition is based on membership records.

Main and/or Professional Members who believe they meet the Fellow recognition criteria are encouraged to apply for the recognition using the application form below:
