Criteria: Candidates who have been awarded recognition as a Certified Ethics Officer by The Ethics Institute, or attended the Governance of Ethics training offered directly by The Ethics Institute in the last 36 months

Application for exemption: Being a Director Part 5
Criteria: Candidates who are able to prove that they have one year of directorship experience on a governing body in the last 36 months, can apply for an exemption
A letter of completion is required to confirm that all Cert.Dir pathway programmes and associated Multiple Choice Questions have been completed satisfactorily.
Cert.Dir members must, on an annual basis, declare if they have met the annual 30 CPD points. This document is part of the annual maintenance requirements and if not submitted, a Cert.Dir risks having their designation revoked.
