Advertise a NED Vacancy

Terms and Conditions for use of this Service

1. Only non-executive director (NED) vacancies may be advertised. 
2. The vacancy advertisement will be released within 5 (five) business days from receipt of all required information. As such requests to place a vacancy advert needs to be made with sufficient time before the closing date for applications.
3. All vacancies advertised through the IoDSA must allow interested persons a minimum of 7 (seven) business days to apply, from date of release. Requestors are required to consider this time frame in the determination of their closing date for applications. 
4. Notification of the vacancy advert to IoDSA members is made via email communication and the advert is placed on the IoDSA designated NED Vacancies webpage (which is accessibly by IoDSA members only).
5. All enquiries and applications will go directly or will be forwarded to your designated contact person. 
6. Appointment of candidates will be at the discretion of your organisation in accordance with your nomination and selection process.
7. For using our free service, the advertiser is merely required to notify the IoDSA of any successful placement of an IoDSA member (for our record and statistic purposes).
8. Unless the advertiser advises otherwise, it will be stated in communication to members that "if candidates have not received feedback within 30 days, it should be assumed that your application has not been successful."
9. The IoDSA takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of information provided by candidates nor will the IoDSA conduct any form of screening of candidates.
