Corporate membership fees are based on the number of individuals signed up (with a minimum of 5 required). Like individual membership, corporate membership is annual and covers a set number of seats for that year. Organisations may change, add or remove members during the year within the allocated seat count via the IoDSA Membership team.

*A pro-rata fee is charged from April. From September to December, the following year's membership fee (at the current year's rates) is included in the total fees payable.

Applications can be done online using the applicable link below. Upon review of your application and confirming the individual member's eligibility, we will provide you with the applicable membership fee invoice for payment.

Corporates who are registered not for profit organisations such as NPCs, NPOs, PBOs, Trusts etc. can enjoy a 20% discount of the individual member rates. Please use the specific application form below to enjoy this discount.

Note: 

• You will be required to provide a copy of your organisation’s applicable registration document.
  
• You will be required to provide all information required for each individual you wish to add under your corporate membership. A document with the required information will be accessible after submitting the application form. 
  
• All individuals must meet the IoDSA member eligibility requirements in order to be approved and added to your account. If any individual is rejected, reasons will be provided, and you may appoint someone else in their place. It is important to understand the IoDSA membership eligibility criteria prior to taking out membership and adding individuals. If you are unsure of an individual’s eligibility, contact membership@iodsa.co.za to have your proposed individual(s) pre-assessed prior to application.
  
• Individuals who already have an active IoDSA membership and who are linked to another Corporate Account cannot be simply added to your Corporate Account. You will need to speak to the individual and confirm under which Corporate Account they wish to be listed under. Only once they are removed of the other Corporate Account can they be added to your Corporate Account.
• If you are applying for the NPO discount, you need to provide sufficient proof that you are a not-for-profit. Should further information be required (after submission) to confirm your not-for-profit status, we reserve the right to request such information and to revoke such discount should the corporate not actually qualify.
