Why IoDSA In House programmes

The IoDSA has conducted over 1200 in-house programmes for organisations throughout Southern Africa across the various industries and sectors. In many cases we have developed a long-term relationship and service offering with these organisations, thereby affording us the ability to incorporate our other board services to provide more value add.

The IoDSA conducted a survey with one third of the boards we have serviced with customised in-house Director Development offerings during 2016 to better understand how we are equipping boards and directors with the skills to carry out their duties effectively.

The results:


  • 100% of respondents said in-house Director Development programmes have positively impacted their board and committee practices.
