This one day programme is aimed at providing directors, company secretaries and others charged with governance duties with the knowledge and insight to facilitate an effective transition from King III to King IV and doing so in a way that adds value to their organisations.

Facilitator: Ansie Ramalho

Ansie was appointed as the King IV Project Lead by the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA) and the King Committee responsible for the successful finalisation of the King IV Report on Corporate Governance for South Africa.

 Ansie serves as a professional non-executive director. She also consults, writes and presents on the various aspects of corporate law, directors’ duties and governance.
