Four years after the social & ethics committee requirement became effective in 2012 a lot has been learned about the potential contribution that this committee can make to a company’s performance and reputation.

A number of pitfalls and potholes on the road to running an effective and meaningful social & ethics committee have also been revealed.

In this snapshot session Prof Rossouw will share his experience gained in interacting with hundreds of companies and organisations on what it takes to run an effective social & ethics committees.
