Overview
The Companies Act of 2008 requires that the boards of all listed public companies, state owned enterprises (SOEs) and companies with significant public interest should have a social and ethics sub-committee. 

This workshop will explore how social and ethics committees should operate and how they could fit into the overall corporate governance strategy of a company.
