The challenges facing South African Directors

As it is drawing closer to the end of the year, the IoDSA invites you to an open mentoring circles session.

This open platform, guided by a COMENSA facilitator, Julie Courtnage, will allow you to express your thoughts and challenges
faced during this year relating to the personal and social competencies applicable to directors. The experienced mentors will provide guidance and input which can serve as strategic initiatives to assist you for the new year.

What is Mentoring Circles?
The Mentoring circles is a group mentoring initiative facilitated by the IoDSA, for aspiring and experienced directors. The aim of these 3 hour sessions are to offer directors (the mentees) feedback and guidance from seasoned directors (the mentors), on the personal and social competencies outlined in the Director Competency Framework.
