The WBS / AltX Directors Induction Programme is a 4 day programme, which is broken up into two parts. Please be advised that it is compulsory for participants to attend the full four day programme - as stipulated by the AltX listing requirements and for certification purposes. Corporate Governance Certificate Programme (UJ)

The University of Johannesburg has joined forces with the IoDSA to present a certificate programme in corporate governance that will assist both listed companies and public enterprises to come to terms with the King III Report.

A multidisciplinary approach is followed to cover all the important aspects of the report. Sound academic perspectives are combined with practical experience of corporate governance. Assessment takes place in the form of case studies and a written assessment where participants have to demonstrate both their knowledge and practical skills in corporate governance.

The course consists of two blocks of lectures, a written assessment and case study assignments. A certificate will be awarded to participants who attend all the lectures and successfully complete the test and assignments.
