Overview

This half day programme on the principles of good corporate governance will assist delegates in enhancing their understanding of the objectives of corporate governance and therefore assist them in designing appropriate and effective governance structures within their entities to serve their needs. 

It will not only focus on the legal requirements relating to corporate governance as set out in the Companies Act and King III, but more fundamentally the underlying principles of good corporate governance as set in international best practice, such as by the OECD Code and the ICGN Principles.
