The Media interview, be it Radio, Television or Press, is an opportunity that is often wasted through lack of understanding of its possibilities. The hostile interview following, for example, an environmental accident with which the company was involved can be extremely costly both to the company’s image and to its bottom line. The purpose of this training is to familiarise senior executives with the psychology and the practicalities of the Media interview and to fully prepare them for any encounter with the Media in order that they are able to optimise their exposure
