To login, simply click the login button on the top right of the main menu. Enter your username (IoDSA member number) and unique password.

Want to advertise a vacancy to IoDSA members?

The IoDSA offers the opportunity for organisations to advertise board level vacancies to active IoDSA members.

What to do should your organisation be interested in using this service:

Process:

Step 1 Enquiry received by IoDSA and quotation and information sent to Client. Send enquiry to info@iodsa.co.za or contact 011 430 9900
Step 2 Acceptance of quotation and specifications sent to IoDSA in required format
Step 3 Invoice sent to Client
Step 4 Proof of payment to IoDSA
Step 5 Advertisement to IoDSA members via electronic communication (monthly) and website (immediate upon payment)
Step 6 Client to send acknowledgement to all applicants upon receipt of application
Step 7 Client to advise all applicants once the position has been filled

Conditions of Acceptance:

  • Board level positions: Chairman; Non-executive Director, Executive Directors or Board Committee vacancies only.
  • All enquiries and applications will be forwarded to your designated contact person.
  • Appointment of candidates will be at the discretion of your organisation.
  • The organisation will notify the IoDSA of any successful placement of an IoDSA member.
  • The organisation will feedback to all applicants on the progress of their applications.
  • The IoDSA takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of information provided by candidates nor will the IoDSA conduct any form of screening of candidates.

What is the impact on the financial statements?  This 1-day workshop provides the participant with a high level overview of GRAP, with focus on certain “contentious” concepts and standards.

• The GRAP financial reporting framework, implementation dates and applicable entities
• High level review of GRAP standards and IGRAPS
• Application of ASB directives and guidelines
• Principles set out in the ASB FAQ’s
