Joining the IoDSA

In order to satisfy membership requirements, applicants need to meet certain criteria . To learn more about these requirements, please read more on Eligibility before completing this process.

Registration Process

Please ensure you read and understand this process before applying.

Step 1: Apply to become a member

• For individual membership you can access the online membership application form by clicking the JOIN NOW! button below. 
• For a group/board membership, click the JOIN AS PART OF A GROUP! button below and download the hard copy membership form, once complete fax to 011 444 7907.

Step 2:

Once you have applied, you will be e-mailed an invoice for payment, click here to view 2012 subscription rates. Once your full payment has been received your application will be put forward for ratification by the IoDSA Board. This process should take a maximum of 10 days.

Step 3:

Once your application is ratified, you will be sent a confirmation email and your welcome pack will be issued. That pack will contain, your IoDSA Membership card and further information on IoDSA offerings and director education.

Step 4:

All new members are invited to attend a new member cocktail function, where you are able to network with new members, meet the IoDSA staff and experience the IoDSA facilities. This function only occurs twice a year, so please keep an eye out for your formal invitation.
