![]() Corporate Governance Certificate Programme 2018
Background and purpose of the programme
South Africa is regarded worldwide as being a leader in the field of Corporate Governance and the various King Reports released over the years attracted worldwide attention. The King IV report released in November 2016 have further simplified and strengthened this practice. King IV is considered one of the most relevant and progressive corporate governance reports in the world.
Programme The course consists of two blocks of lectures, a written assessment and case study assignments. A certificate will be awarded to participants who attend all the lectures and successfully complete the assessment and assignments with a final mark of 50% and above.
