Our Director Development offering comprises a range of presentations, workshops and courses that will equip prospective, newly appointed and experienced directors from all sizes of business, with skills which will offer immediate benefits both on a personal and professional basis, for individuals and boards.

The IoDSA presentations are facilitated workshops that encourage participation and knowledge sharing.  These sessions are scheduled throughout the year and are open to all.  The IoDSA provides executives with a unique opportunity for development in all spheres of business.   Our Director Development programmes aim to enhance directors' skills and encourage business best practice.  

Members of the IoDSA receive, on average, a 20% reduction on standards course rates.

The IoDSA has concluded over 700 presentations for organisations and in many cases, have developed a long-term Director Development offering with these organisations, incorporating some of our other Board Services to ensure a holistic approach to board development and enhancement.  

This in-boardroom approach ensures that the organisations addresses critical issues relevant to their own circumstances, in a confidential environment facilitated by the IoDSA as an independent party.
