Director Lifestyle Programme

All members of the IoDSA have access to The Director Lifestyle Programme.

The Director Lifestyle Programme is a benefits programme where a range of value-added benefits and discounts have been negotiated for members with a number of relevant and suitable partners.Partners of the Director Lifestyle Programme are by invitation only.

The Institute of Directors Southern Africa (IoDSA) has partnered with Avis Rent a Car, South Africa’s leading Carbon Neutral accredited Car Rental Company, to offer all members incredible car rental rates within South Africa

D&O insurance protects the personal assets of a company’s directors and officers, as well as that of the company itself. The cover also provides reimbursement to the company when indemnifying its directors and officers. D&O insurance pays for legal defence costs, settlements and awards when defending directors and officers from a valid claim.

 

Directors remain the custodians of business. The CG approach is to assist directors with their legal duties in a simple manner, as we understand that directors have numerous other duties as well.
