Ansie Ramalho appointed as CEO Angela Oosthuizen as her deputy

The Institute of Directors Southern Africa (IoDSA) has promoted the director of its Centre for Corporate Governance, Ansie Ramalho, to lead the organisation as its new chief executive.
Acting CEO and current chief operating officer, Angela Oosthuizen, will act as Ramalhos deputy while retaining her position as COO. The appointments are effective from 1st August 2010.
